November 28, 2017 Board Meeting Agenda Item #32 Title ACCEPTANCE OF FACILITIES SERVICES PROJECT DESIGN COMPLETION AND APPROVAL OF FINAL PAYMENT TO CONTRACTOR FOR THE BOOKER MIDDLE, LAUREL NOKOMIS, AND SARASOTA MIDDLE FREEZER DESIGN PROJECT Description All work has been completed. The final design costs have been internally audited and are enclosed herein in the final payment to the contractor for approval. The Executive Director of Facilities Services has determined that the design is complete in accordance with state statutes.
